Waffatopia Waffle Shipping 101

It goes without saying (but we’ll say it anyway) that getting our waffles to you or your recipient is our #1 priority from the moment that order confirmation is sent. Here’s how we do it!
When will they get here?

All Waffatopia® orders leave our production facility within 5 business days of your order (unless special delay requests are made upon checkout). Most often they will leave sooner, but we do allow a little flexibility in case we foresee major national weather delays with our carriers, or to avoid weekend waffle layovers due to holiday observances, etc. They are individually packaged inside the 8 pak or 12 pak, and do not require any temperature control for shipment.

Once the waffles are on their way, you will receive USPS Priority Mail tracking information. Once received, simply follow the box instructions for enjoyment

Shipping Maps and Estimates

Waffatopia® is based outside of Philadelphia in Conshohocken, PA. For any shipment within the US, our waffles typically arrive within 1-3 days via USPS Priority Mail based on the quoted carrier times. Occasionally, Waffatopia also utilizes FedEx during peak times.

Tracking and Receipt

Upon leaving Waffatopia®, you will be sent a shipment confirmation with the proper tracking information recorded in the email. Please note we ship “no signature required” due to the perishability of our product. If sending as a gift or college care package, we always see it wise to give a little heads up to the recipient that a delicious surprise is on the way!

Can I get Free Shipping?

Absolutely! Quite often, orders of a 12 pak or greater to a single destination will qualify for automatic USPS free shipping upon checkout… so go nuts and fill that cart! For the best deals and flavor alerts, join our newsletter on our home page!

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

For multiple shipping addresses you will need to simply place separate orders online. If you are placing a large order for many recipients (e.g., corporate customer orders, etc.), please contact us directly and we will process your order with more personalized attention to coordinate proper delivery.

What if my waffles are damaged upon arrival?

Waffatopia® has done extensive testing to ensure your waffles will be protected with multiple packaging layers for shipping. If for some reason the shipping luggage gorilla stomps on your package, please contact us and help us understand with photos of the unopened Waffatopia® outer box, inner box and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.

Waffatopia® cannot assume responsibility for packages left out on doorsteps for multiple days, eaten by friends, neighbors or animals that weren’t supposed to have them, or co-workers that got to them while you were in that important meeting of yours.

Shipping/Refund Policy

Waffatopia® ships a fresh baked and perishable product to our customers. We take pride in the freshness of our waffles, and accuracy of orders being fulfilled.

We guarantee our waffles will arrive prior to the best by/freezing date, and if something out of the ordinary happens that delays this arrival, we are 100% committed to working with you to make things right.
